Made in Sialkot since 2018
Sialkot has made surgical steel for over a century. Zuol Instruments was founded there in 2018 to do the same work for a new generation of buyers: distributors and brands who want a direct relationship with the workshop that makes their instruments.
What we do
We forge, grind, heat-treat, polish, mark and pack instruments at our own factory in the Small Industrial Estate, Sialkot, and ship them directly to customers. There is no trading layer between you and the people making your order.
The range has grown from beauty tools and general surgical patterns to dental, ENT, electrosurgical, neurosurgical and orthopaedic lines, and since 2025 to trauma implants with full technical documentation. Our Alibaba store, where most new customers first find us, lists more than three thousand products and holds Gold Supplier status with a 4.7 rating from verified buyers.
How we work
Directly, and against a sample. A specification sheet and an approved pre-production sample sit behind every order, which is how a reorder a year later matches the first delivery. We quote in writing with MOQ and lead time, we answer within two business days, and we tell you if a pattern is outside what we can make well.

Why Sialkot
The city’s instrument industry began in the 1880s when a local blacksmith repaired instruments for a mission hospital. Today it supplies a large share of the world’s hand-finished surgical steel, and a trade of skilled grinders and polishers that cannot be found anywhere else at this scale.
