Your brand, our workshop
We build instrument lines under other people’s names: distributors who want their own range, beauty brands that need a consistent supplier, and medical companies who outsource specific patterns.
How a private-label order runs
Nothing goes into production until you have approved a sample. Reorders are checked against that sample, so the hundredth batch matches the first.
Brief
Send your product list, target prices and the finish and packaging you want. A drawing, a competitor sample or a catalogue code is enough to start.
Quote and sample
We confirm steel, finish, marking, MOQ and lead time, then make a pre-production sample for your sign-off.
Artwork
Vector logo files are reviewed before engraving. Packaging artwork is proofed on a physical sample.
Production and reorders
Batch inspection against the approved sample, then export packing and documents. Reorders run from the same specification sheet.
What we can customise
Most of what makes an instrument yours happens after grinding: the marking, the finish and the box. All three are done in-house.
| Marking | Laser engraving of logo, wordmark, code and size; etched or deep-marked |
|---|---|
| Finish | Mirror, satin, black, gold or rainbow titanium coating; colour-coded handles |
| Pattern | Modifications to jaw, tip, length or handle from your drawing; new tooling for original designs |
| Packaging | Poly bag, pouch, blister, sterilisation tray, printed retail box with your artwork |
| Documents | Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, material certificates on request |
| Exclusivity | Original designs are not offered to other customers |
